Kroger is recalling some ice cream in nine states that is possibly contaminated with peanuts and not labeled as such, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.  People with peanut allergies can be at risk for serious personal injury or even possibly death.  Obviously, there is no danger of food poisoning for people with no peanut allergies. Over three million Americans have some form of a peanut allergy, making it the most common food allergy.  The mislabeled ice cream products were sent to grocery stores in Georgia, Alabama, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky, South Carolina and Tennessee.
